Well, in reality, it's an advanced liposculpture technique. What that means is we take out fat from areas where you don't want them and put them in areas to help enhance your silhouette. Traditionally, with a Brazilian butt lift what happens is we perform liposuction of the love handles, or the muffin top, or the posterior back, and we make the waist look narrower. And then, what that does is it makes the buttocks project more. 

A lot of people have divots in their hips, and also, they don't have as much projection on their rear. What we do is we take fat and we can smooth out those contours, and actually, by having a more apple bottomed buttocks, for example, it can make your waist look thinner.
