Newport Beach Breast Implant Upgrade Surgery to Give Round Symmetrical Cleavage

This is a 36 year old athletic female who wishes to restore symmetry, alleviate rippling, and have beautiful round and perky cleavage. Breast Revision Surgery: Her original silicone gel breast implants were in the sublglandular plane and to relieve rippling, one of the first steps is to convert her breast implant pockets to a dual plane pocket under the muscle. 2. Breast Implant Upgrade: This patient had Mentor 375cc round smooth moderate plus profile silicone gel breast implants and wished for rounder and fuller cleavage with more upper pole fullness and overall projection. To achieve this, Allergan Inspira Ultra High Profile SSX 650cc gummy silicone gel breast implants were used to not only give better volume, but allow more retention of upper pole fullness with the form stability of a more cohesive gel breast implant which also is more protective against rippling. 3. Durasorb internal bra: The repair is given more stability as the internal support mesh matrix helps to hold the repair in place during the first 3-4 months which are the most critical in forming stable collagen and good scar tissue required for proper healing and allows for finer scars as there's less pressure on the incisions. 4. Breast lift surgery to reduce areola size and improve nipple position.
