Removal and Replacement of Ruptured Silicone Gel Breast Implants Newport Beach

This is a very interesting case of a 60 year old woman with outdated silicone gel breast implants placed over 20 years prior. Upon presentation, she was noted to be in debilitating pain requiring the use of a wheelchair. On one side, her breast implant was ruptured whereas on the other side, she had a painful Grade IV capsular contracture. She was offered removal of her breast implants and cleanup of her breast pockets, but she stated that she is known for her cleavage and would actually like to have larger and perkier breasts. She was therefore taken to the operating room for a complex surgery requiring total capsulectomies, removal of ruptured silicone gel material, placement of drains, replacement of 360cc implants with 650cc gummy silicone gel extra high profile breast implants, and aggressive full anchor breast lifts. She is shown 1 year after her surgery and is super happy with her Newport Beach Plastic Surgery experience. As a bonus, she stated that she no longer is in pain and was seen without requiring the use of a wheelchair anymore.
