55 year old female has always wanted fuller cleavage since she was 18 years old!

This is a 55 year old with a very lean frame that shows significant starting breast and rib asymmetries. She has always wanted "perkier cleavage" since she was 18 years old. Our long-term photos shown 2 years after breast augmentation reveal sustained results due to proper planning and technique for breast augmentation in Newport Beach. To help even out her asymmetries, we wanted to use more cohesive silicone gel implants from the gummy bear line made by Sientra, and we had to use breast implants of different sizes AND projections. To achieve her ultimate aesthetic outcome, we used the inframammary crease to perform breast augmentation, allowing us the ultimate in a) pocket control and b) long-term prevention of capsular contracture in conjunction with following the recommended 14 point plan approved by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). On her larger, more projecting right side (screen left), we used a smooth round 385cc Moderate Plus Profile Silicone Gel Implant, and on her more deficient, less projecting left breast, we used a Sientra smooth round 415cc High Profile Silicone Gel Implant.
