Mastopexy-Augmentation in Newport Beach to Restore the Breast Silhouette

This is a 40 year old female who suffered from breast sagging and deflation after multiple pregnancies. She was done having children and desired perkier breasts with a natural slope. At SSK Plastic Surgery, many women visit our Orange County office to discuss how to restore their bodies back to their pre-pregnancy form. For this patient, she was in great shape and sought help for her breasts. After a thorough physical examination entailing measurements, tissue analysis, and going over her goals, we felt that she would benefit from Inspira moderate plus profile silicone gel breast implants to enhance breast volume. Placing these implants in the dual plane pocket allowed for a more natural slope to be created. The patient tried on various implants in our office and ultimately chose the 360cc implants that she received. These were placed precisely in each breast pocket after meticulous dissection. Once the breast augmentation part of the surgery was complete, the skin envelope of the breast was tailored to the new breast mound with the implants in place, excising excess skin that was no longer needed, and lifting/centering the the nipple-areola complexes over the most projecting part of each implant. Measurements were confirmed to allow for the nipples to be of equal heights. This patient is seen only 3 months after surgery, and her barely noticeable scars are healing fine and will continue to fade for another 9-18 months.
