Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in Newport Beach Corrects Sagging and Deflation

This is a 29 year old female who suffered from breast deflation and sagging after multiple pregnancies. She is shown ONLY 1 month out from surgery due to her amazing progress using our rapid recovery healing protocol. The scars will continue to fade for up to two years. She desired fuller cleavage and restoration of upper pole fullness. Her surgery correction consisted of two main operations performed simultaneously: 1) Augmentation with Silicone Gel Breast Implants: In our Newport Beach Plastic Surgery Office she tried on implants of various sizes and projections in our sizing bra system and ultimately chose high profile, smooth round, 415cc silicone gel breast implants. These were placed in the dual plane position (partially under the muscle) to help create a more natural slope, give more internal support for a longer lasting result, and to protect against capsular contracture. This part of the operation requires placing the implants in a symmetric place on each side of the chest. 2) Vertical Mastopexy: This is the lifting part of the breast surgery. The skin envelope is tailored in a tension-free manner over the implant, and the nipple-areola complexes are centered over the most projecting part of the implants. These two techniques combined in one allow the ultimate balance between restoring breast volume while maintaining control over breast shape and skin laxity for the best breast aesthetics.
