Newport Beach Mommy Makeover with Tummy Tuck and Brazilian Butt Lift*

This is a very fit 45 year old female who wanted to restore her silhouette back to its pre-pregnancy form. She complained of a bulge in her abdomen, loose abdominal skin, and a boxy body shape. After visiting our office in Newport Beach, Mommy Makeover Surgery was decided. In Orange County, Mommy Makeover entails any combination of procedures that help to recreate the youthful silhouette. After a thorough history and physical examination, we decided on performing full abdominoplasty, liposuction, and Brazilian Butt Lift to help this patient achieve her goals. We were able to perform all of these procedures simultaneously safely within 6 hours. The liposuction allows to thin out areas of tissue where there is excess fat, thus improving definition as well as providing fat for transfer to enhance areas of deficiency. Abdominoplasty allowed us to further narrow her waistline by plicating her rectus abdominus muscles, excise excess abdominal skin, and correct the abdominal bulge that was bothering her from the side. The shape of her umbilicus was also significantly improved. The Brazilian Butt Lift entailed liposuction of her lower back and flanks to improve her posterior shape and also provide fat for enhancement of her buttocks and hips. Approximately 600cc of fat was transferred to each buttocks and hips. As can be seen, she received a significant transformation with the combination of these procedures, incisions hidden with her bikini, giving her a more appealing "S" curve.
