About Vivace™
Vivace is a state-of-the-art RF microneedling device that works to stimulate the production of new collagen in the skin. By combining microneedling with blue and red light radiofrequency energy, Vivace uses wound healing mechanisms to create micro-injuries to the skin in order to promote regeneration. The Vivace handheld device consists of small gold-plated needles, as well as radiofrequency energy to penetrate the skin and stimulate the regeneration of collagen and elastin. While the red-light radiofrequency energy promotes collagen production, the blue-light energy works to decrease oil production. The Vivace robotic monitor also helps to decrease discomfort associated with RF microneedling while still providing desirable results.

Dr. Kelishadi is amazing! I love how attentive he is and gives you great advice on what you should get done or shouldn't. I highly recommend Dr. Kelishadi and his staff. I use Vivace Microneedling quarterly as my primary anti-aging tool. Vivace is different from most products on the market because its also has radiofrequency which stimulates more collagen production. This is absolutely the best way to stay looking young and looking young is all about prevention.

I have found my home for cosmetic work and more! I’ve had several cosmetic procedures here, including the greatest filler work I’ve ever had from Krystal. She rolled back the years on my face while keeping me looking like, well, me! I just finished my third round of Vivace micro needling and I now know that not all micro needling is created equal. The results have been simply astounding and this is one treatment I will be keeping in my routine. Today I received my first micro needling treatment with nurse Krystal. I have been hesitant for years to get this done, but finally decided it was time. I could not be happier with my experience, from them moment I walked in, nurse Kahyana was so pleasant and gave me water while I waited. This procedure did not hurt at all, actually it was so relaxing that I fell asleep. I left the office with my face being a little pink and woke up this morning so dewy and glowy!!! And apparently it gets better after a few weeks, I already made my next appointment with Valerie, who was very sweet and informative! I highly recommend ssk! I love my skin!

Procedure Technique

RF microneedling treatment will take place inside the SSK Plastic Surgery office with the use of a numbing cream to minimize discomfort. During your appointment, the Vivace handheld device will roll over the desired area, repeating the process until the desired results have been reached. Patients should expect minute pinpoint scabs to appear 24 – 72 hours after treatment, which will naturally shed when the underlying micro-injury has healed. Results become visible as skin heals over the 3 – 4 weeks after having a microneedling with RF procedure. Optimal results usually call for 3 – 4 treatments 3 – 4 weeks apart.
