35 year old with significant asymmetry due to breast augmentation performed by prior surgeon. One of her breasts was round and the other was rectangular and riding high. Not only did she suffer from capsular contracture, but during her surgery, it was found that one implant was placed on top of the muscle while the other was placed below. During her breast revision surgery, her diseased capsules were removed and her new implants were both placed on top of the muscle since there was muscle cut too high on her chest from prior surgery to allow under the muscle placement.
