Mastopexy and Abdominoplasty
A mommy makeover is any combination of procedures to help a woman achieve their pre-pregnancy form. This oblique view shown 3 months after her procedure shows improvements in the appearance of this patient's breasts and abdomen. The breasts appear perkier, and this was achieved without implants, using the patient's own tissue. Furthermore, she now has a more aesthetic nipple-areola complex with relation to size and position on the breast mound. The abdomen shows a dramatic improvement in the patient's gap between her abdominal muscles with a full tummy tuck, allowing for complete rectus plication. Furthermore, we were able to fix the patient's small umbilical hernia during this procedure, and keep her belly button as an "innie." More
Orange County Mommy Makeover
This patient expressed her greatest concerns pre-operatively from the lateral view. She is very active and health conscious, but after having children she was less confident wearing bathing suits and tight clothing. This patient felt that her breasts looked saggy, deflated, and too "matronly." Furthermore, although she was in great shape to begin with, she was bothered by the bulge shown in her abdomen pre-operatively. As babies develop in the womb, they grow, causing a separation in the abdominal musculature that can only be fixed by surgery. As can be seen in the "after" picture, we were able to remedy her concerns. More
